This tier is designed for active projects where synchronization across multiple vendors or technical systems is required. Core Liaison Functions: Operational Synchronization: Acting as the primary point of contact (LNO) to ensure that third-party contractors, utility providers, and technical trades are aligned with the project timeline and design intent. Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Applying generalist expertise to diagnose site-specific hurdles—such as utility inspections or complex layout issues—and providing actionable solutions. Workflow Sequencing: Developing logical "maneuver" plans for the project, ensuring that materials, labor, and inspections happen in the correct order to minimize downtime. On-Site Technical Observation: Providing detailed field reports and quality-of-workmanship observations to maintain the "Owner’s Intent" throughout the build process. How it Works: Time Bank: 20 hours of dedicated support. Billing: Tracked in 15-minute increments for precise accountability.
