​Terms of Engagement & Refund Policy​

Dogwood & Deathcap provides specialized professional services, digital frameworks, and curated goods. By engaging our services or purchasing from dogwoodndeathcap.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Professional Services & Consultations

As our primary services involve the allocation of time, expertise, and intellectual property, the following terms apply:

  • Project Briefings: Fees for the initial Project Briefing (Alignment Session) are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

  • Time-Bank Retainers: Time is a finite asset. Purchased hours (10, 20, and 40-hour blocks) secure our dedicated professional availability and are non-refundable.

  • Validity: Purchased time-bank hours remain valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Deliverables: For project-based work, refund terms are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) executed at the start of the engagement. Work completed up to the date of any termination notice is billable and non-refundable.

 
2. Digital Assets & Operational Frameworks

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of Operational Templates, Frameworks, and Strategic Blueprints are final. Once access is granted or files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds. We provide email support to ensure any technical issues with the assets are resolved promptly.

3. Physical Goods & Apparel

Most Dogwood & Deathcap apparel is custom-made on demand. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Eligibility: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for issues regarding manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

  • Non-Eligible Issues: We do not offer refunds for "Buyer’s Remorse," incorrect size selection (please refer to provided size charts), or packages lost after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.

  • Consumables: Due to their perishable nature, sales of coffee, tinctures, and apothecary items are final unless damaged during transit.

4. Claims Process

If a physical product is damaged or a digital asset is inaccessible:

  1. Contact: Email cody@dogwoodndeathcap.com with the subject line "CLAIM - [Order/Invoice Number]".

  2. Evidence: For physical goods, include clear photos of the damage. For digital assets, describe the technical error.

  3. Resolution: We will review your claim within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
