The 10% Protocol

We believe a region is only as resilient as its foundation. To support the long-term health of the Blue Ridge and beyond, 10% of all professional fees and proceeds are reinvested directly into the community. We bypass middlemen to provide "operational scaffolding"—the strategic, financial, and logistical support required to move local initiatives forward.

Investment Focus

Our reinvestment strategy is guided by three core objectives:

• Regional Stability: Strengthening the systems that keep our communities safe, transparent, and functional.

• Economic Health: Investing in projects that bolster the local economy and support homegrown enterprise.

• Community Initiatives: Providing resources for grassroots efforts that protect our land, our history, and our youth.
